Clothes Mentor Makeover – Official Contest Rules
Beginning at 6:00am, Saturday, January 1, 2022, through 11:59pm, Thursday, January 6, 2022, listeners 18 and over may visit Sunny95.com or MyMix1079.com to sign-up for the chance to win a Clothes Mentor Makeover. One (1) entry per person. Each entrant must provide their name, address, birth date, phone number, and email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using the same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries are permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void at the discretion of Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9. This contest is being conducted concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations in Columbus, Ohio affiliated with Columbus Radio Group, and listeners of said stations will then be competing to win the same prize. No purchase necessary.
At approximately 10:00am Friday, January 7, 2022, members from the Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 staff will randomly choose from among all qualified entries one (1) winner to receive the Prize of a $200.00 Clothes Mentor gift card. The total retail value of the Prize is $200.00. The winner’s full name and city of residence will be posted on Sunny95.com and MyMix1079.com after the being contacted by phone on Friday, January 7, 2022 to confirm their Prize.
Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, Ohio listeners 18 or older have not won anything on Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Sunny 95, Mix 107.9, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 main studios are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
The Prize certificate can be picked up at the radio station, 4401 Carriage Hill Lane, Columbus, 43220. Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 ‘s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. We will make reasonable efforts to award the Prize after winning. The winner will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. The winner must have a valid state ID and complete an IRS Form W-9 to collect the prize. If the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
