Customer Acquisition Manager — Full-Time | Cbus Media Group | Columbus, OH

At Cbus Media Group, we help Columbus businesses get more leads, more calls, more clicks, and more customers every single day. Now we need someone to do exactly that for us.

This is a rare role. You’ll be running our own demand generation engine — building campaigns that fill our sales pipeline, growing our brand in the Columbus market, and helping position our leadership team as the go-to marketing experts in this city. You’ll use the same strategies we execute for clients — search, display, paid social, content — and turn them inward to grow our own business.

What You’ll Own:

You’ll build and manage inbound lead generation campaigns from the ground up. You’ll run paid media across Google, Meta, and display. You’ll develop content that drives real awareness and real leads. You’ll help grow an advertising-focused podcast that puts our team’s voice and expertise in front of the right people. And you’ll track every metric that matters — cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates — and keep pushing them in the right direction.

This isn’t a “set it and forget it” role. This is hands-on, results-driven, and highly visible inside our organization.

You’re the Right Person If:

  • You have real experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing
  • You understand paid media, funnels, and what it takes to move someone from awareness to action
  • You’re comfortable in the data — you know what the numbers mean and what to do about them
  • You think like a strategist but execute like an operator
  • You take ownership — when something isn’t working, you fix it
  • CRM experience, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign management are a big plus

Sales Coordinator – Full-Time | Cbus Media Group | Columbus, OH

At Cbus Media Group, we believe great advertising changes businesses — and great people make that happen. We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who’s ready to be a real part of something. Not just filling a seat, but genuinely contributing to a fast-moving, results-driven team that helps Columbus businesses grow through Google Pay-Per-Click, targeted digital display, and broadcast/streaming audio.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

You’ll be a central part of our sales operation. That means supporting the sales team with research, proposals, traffic coordination, meeting schedules, and any advertiser related activities. Day-to-day, you’ll handle order entry, contract management, traffic instructions, advertising materials, reporting, and both internal and external communication. You’ll answer phones, greet clients, and generally make sure our team has everything they need to close deals and keep clients happy.

What We’re Looking For:

We want someone who:

· Is genuinely positive — not performatively, just naturally

· Loves being part of a team and takes pride in making everyone around them better

· Is resourceful — figures things out, doesn’t wait to be told twice

· Can juggle multiple priorities without losing their cool

· Communicates clearly, both in writing and in conversation

· Is organized, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work

· Has solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — experience with Marketron traffic software is a bonus, but we can teach that

Prior experience in sales support or administrative assistance is preferred, but the right attitude will always outweigh a perfect resume.
