Find Ms. Oktoberfest 2024 – Official Rules
Requirements
Ms. Oktoberfest reigns from Sept 1, 2024 to the beginning of next year’s Oktoberfest. She must be available for activities and appearances throughout the year if needed. Miss Oktoberfest must be available for photos, television, and radio appearance week of. Ideally, Ms Oktoberfest will be available to attend, the pre-view party Thursday September 5th , the opening ceremony Friday September 6th and on-site presence throughout the remainder of the weekend. Ms. Oktoberfest will deliver a brief welcoming speech (typically in both English and German) to guests. German Heritage and/or the ability to speak the German language is helpful but not an absolute must. Ms. Oktoberfest will function as a good will ambassador of the Schmidt’s Columbus Oktoberfest.
Qualifications Rules
1. Participants age as of Sept 1st, 2024 must not be less than 21 years of age.
2. Participant must have completed High School or Equivalent.
3. Participant must reside in Central Ohio.
Accommodations
Ms. Oktoberfest will receive a gift basket, dirndle, food and beverage vouchers for the event, a sash and a crown.
Sunny 95, Mix 107.9, and the CBUS Media Group’s sole responsibility will be to promote the 2024 Ms. Okotberfest contest and will have no further responsibility in connection with choosing Ms. Oktoberfest or awarding the grand prize. Promotion period begins at 12:00pm on 08/05/2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 08/25/2024. Contest rules may be altered at any time.
