Last Chance at SOLD OUT Tickets to Teddy Swims! – Official Contest Rules
Beginning at 12am Saturday, September 7, through 8:00am Friday, September 13, 2024, listeners 18 and over may register at MyMix1079.com by providing their first and last names, email address, street address, date of birth, and telephone number. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using the same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries are permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Mix 107.9.
Beginning on Monday, 9/9/2024, Gordo will randomly select one entrant per morning from all qualified entries and call out that entrant’s name during the morning radio show, Monday, 8/12/24 through Friday, 9/13/2024 at approximately 8:35am. If entrant calls the WVMX studio back within 10 minutes after announcing their name at 614-459-9769 (WVMX), Mix 107.9 will provide winner a pair of tickets to Teddy Swims, coming to KEMBA Live on Monday, September 23rd. (estimated value of $140 total) and qualify them to be eligible to win an exclusive VIP merch package. If the first entrant does NOT call back within 10 minutes, Mix 107.9 will announce a second name immediately following. If that entrant does not call back within 10 minutes, Mix 107.9 will not award a prize that day and will play again the following weekday with another randomly selected contest entrant. Mix 107.9 cannot be held responsible for phone difficulties or the inability of an entrant to reach Mix 107.9 at said number.
On Monday, 9/16/2024, Mix 107.9 will randomly select one qualified winner to receive the VIP merch package.
We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. Winner must have a valid state ID and complete a w9 to collect the prize. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
Mix 107.9 and the Columbus Radio Group are not responsible for any business closings, cancellations, or rescheduling.
Mix 107.9 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, OH residents 18 or older who have not won anything on Mix 107.9 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Mix 107.9, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Mix 107.9 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Contest rules may be altered at any time.
