Beginning at 6:00am Monday, 05/15/2023, through 11:59pm Sunday, 05/21/2023 (“promotional period”), Sunny 95 (WSNY) and Mix 107.9 (WVMX) listeners who are 18 and over may register for an online sweepstakes for a chance to see Lindsey Stirling perform at the Ohio State Fair by providing their first and last names, email address, street address, date of birth, and telephone number in the online registration form on the Sunny95.com and MyMix1079.com contest pages. All appropriate information in required fields must be entered correctly and completely or the contestant will be disqualified. One entry per person, per station for a total of two (2) possible entries. Attempting more than the stated entries may disqualify the entrant in Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9’s sole discretion. No purchase necessary.
At approximately 9:00am on Monday, 05/22/2023, five (5) winners will be randomly selected from the Sunny 95 online pool registration entries and five (5) winners will be randomly selected from the Mix 107.9 online pool of registration entries. Each winner will be contacted by phone to confirm their prize on Monday, 05/22/2023. Each winner will receive: one (1) pair of tickets to see Lindsey Stirling at the Ohio State Fair on Saturday, 08/05/2023 in Columbus, Ohio. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $100.00. Seating arrangements are at the discretion of the Ohio State Fair. The concert tickets include admission into the Ohio State Fair on Saturday, 08/05/2023 only. Each winner’s full name and city of residence will be posted on Sunny95.com and MyMix1079.com, respectively, and may be shared on the Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 social media accounts.
Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 will make reasonable efforts to award prizes within 30 after winning. To win a prize, the contestants must reside within the listening central Ohio listening area of Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 as defined at the exclusive discretion of Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 management. Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if a prize winner(s), for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. In the event that the prize winner(s) declines acceptance of any of the prizes, prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the prize they are competing to win. In the event that a prize winner(s) declines acceptance of any of the prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen.

Where the Prize(s) consists of paper tickets (“will-call tickets”) each winner will be directed to go to a specified address and retrieve the will-call tickets, and, by entering the contest, each contestant agrees to pick up will-call tickets and sign and deliver to Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 a waiver form as directed. Where the prize(s) consists of electronic (digital) concert or event tickets (“e-tickets”), winners will receive an email from Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 with a hyperlink to an electronic waiver form that winners must sign and return to the Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 before the Prize will be transferred to the winners. The e-tickets will be transferred to each winner by Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9, or, in some cases, by a third party (for example, Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.) and each winner must check his or her email account for an email or cellular mobile number for a text message from the ticket provider in order to download the e-tickets. Where e-tickets are a prize, as a condition of entering the contest, redeeming and using e-tickets requires the winner (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to log into an existing user account or sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including, at a minimum, each winner’s first name, last name, valid email address and telephone number. E-tickets awarded as a Prize in such contests cannot be redeemed or used by any means other than the designated third-party mobile ticketing app for the e-tickets. Individuals who do not have a valid email address, access to an app-enabled mobile device and/or do not comply with these requirements will not be able to redeem or use e-tickets should they be selected and verified as a winner, will not receive a substitute prize, and should not enter contests where e-tickets are the Prize.
Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 contests are open to all eligible central, OH residents 18 or older that have not won anything on Sunny 95 or Mix 107.9 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Sunny 95, Mix 107.9, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 main studios are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
