Luke Combs Fast Car Roadtrip Sweepstakes – Official Contest Rules
Beginning at 10:00am Monday, 11/13/2023, through 11:59pm Sunday, 11/19/2023 (“promotional period”), Mix 107.9 (WVMX) listeners who are 18 and older may register for an online sweepstakes for a chance to see Luke Combs perform in Cincinnati, OH by providing their first and last names, email address, street address, date of birth, and telephone number in the online registration form on the MyMix1079.com contest page. All appropriate information in required fields must be entered correctly and completely or contestant will be disqualified. One entry per person. Attempting more than the stated entries may disqualify the entrant in Mix 107.9’s sole discretion. No purchase necessary.
At approximately 9:00am on Monday, 11/20/2023, five (5) winners will be randomly selected from among the online pool of registration entries. Each winner will be contacted by phone to confirm their prize on Monday, 11/20/2023. Two (2) winners will receive: one (1) pair of standard tickets to see Luke Combs perform at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, OH on Friday, 08/02/2024, valued at approximately $300.00 MSRP per pair. Three (3) winners will receive: one (1) pair of standard tickets to see Luke Combs perform at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, OH on Satruday, 08/03/2024, valued at approximately $300.00 MSRP per pair. One (1) of the five (5) winners will also be randomly selected to receive a Grand Prize upgrade consisting of one (1) overnight hotel stay for two people at the Kinley Hotel in downtown Cincinnati valued at approximately $550.00, and a $100.00 gift card to Skyline Chili. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $650.00. Each winner’s full name and city of residence will be posted on MyMix1079.com and may be shared on the Mix 107.9 social media accounts.
Mix 107.9 will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winners, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees and incidentals and must complete an IRS Form W-9. Incidentals include but are not limited to unpaid room service charges, phone charges, movies, parking, food and beverage, transportation, etc. This, and all other expenses will be the responsibility of the winners. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the prize they are competing to win. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen.
Show tickets for the Friday, 08/02/2024 and Saturday, 08/03/2024 performances will be awarded at the discretion of Mix 107.9. The Grand Prize tickets are only for the Saturday, 08/03/2024 performance. The Grand Prize winner and guest must be able to travel between 08/03/2024 and 08/04/2024, or an alternate winner may be randomly chosen.
The winner and their guest will need to follow all COVID guidelines and protocols put into place by the concert/venue organizer.

Where the prize(s) consists of electronic (digital) concert or event tickets (“e-tickets”), the winner will receive an email from Mix 107.9 with a hyperlink to an electronic waiver form that the winner must sign and return to the Mix 107.9 before the Prize will be transferred to the winner. The e-tickets will be transferred to the winner by Mix 107.9, or, in some cases, by a third party (for example, Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.) and the winner must check his or her email account for an email or cellular mobile number for a text message from the ticket provider in order to download the e-tickets. Where e-tickets are a prize, as a condition of entering the contest, redeeming and using e-tickets requires the winner (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to log into an existing user account or sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including, at a minimum, the winner’s first name, last name, valid email address and telephone number. E-tickets awarded as a Prize in such contests cannot be redeemed or used by any means other than the designated third-party mobile ticketing app for the e-tickets. Individuals who do not have a valid email address, access to an app-enabled mobile device and/or do not comply with these requirements will not be able to redeem or use e-tickets should they be selected and verified as a winner, will not receive a substitute prize, and should not enter contests where e-tickets are the Prize.
Mix 107.9 contests are open to all eligible central, OH residents 18 or older that have not won anything on Mix 107.9 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Mix 107.9, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Mix 107.9 main studios are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
