Beginning 12:00am Monday, 02/19/2024 until 5:00pm Friday, 2/23/2024 (“promotional period”), central Ohio Mix 107.9 (WVMX) listeners who are ages 18 and older may enter the “Easy Like A Sunday Morning Brunch” sweepstakes at MyMix1079.com with their full name, full address, date of birth, email address, and daytime phone number. One entry per person. Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, different IP addresses, or any other methods void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void in Mix 107.9’s sole discretion. No purchase necessary.

Beginning on Monday, 02/26/2024, Mix Mornings’ host Andre Styles will randomly select one (1) contestant and one (1)per morning from all qualified entries and call out that contestant’s name during the morning daypart, Monday, 02/19/24 through Friday, 03/01/2024 at approximately 8:30am for a total of five (5) potential finalists. If morning’s contestant calls the WVMX studio back within 10 minutes after announcing their name at 614-542-1079, that contestant will win a pair of tickets to see Lionel Richie and Earth Wind & Fire at The Schottenstein Center in Columbus, OH on Thursday, 6/13/2024; a complimentary brunch for two (2) at Urban Meyer’s Pint House in Dublin, OH from 11:00am-1:00pm on Sunday, 3/3/24, and a $50 gift card to Urban Meyer’s Pint House. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $172.00. If the first entrant does NOT call back within 10 minutes, the alternate entrant’s name will be announced on-air. If the alternate does NOT call back within 10 minutes of the announcement, Mix 107.9 will not award a prize that day and will play again the following weekday with another randomly selected contest entrant and alternate. Mix 107.9 cannot be held responsible for phone difficulties or the inability of an entrant to reach Mix 107.9 at said number.

On Sunday, 3/3/24, at the complimentary brunch, one (1) winner from among all finalists will be randomly drawn to be upgraded to receive a pair of front row tickets to see Lionel Richie and Earth Wind & Fire at The Schottenstein Center in Columbus, OH on Thursday, 6/13/2024 and a one-year membership to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1101.00. This contest is being conducted concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations in Columbus, Ohio affiliated with Columbus Radio Group and listeners of said stations will then be competing to win the same Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner must be present at the brunch to claim the Grand Prize.

Anytime you call the Mix 107.9 studios you assume that your call will be broadcast or recorded, and you grant us permission to broadcast the call or record it for later broadcast.

As a winner of a Mix 107.9 contest your voice, name and/or picture may be used for promotional, broadcast, or internet purposes without any compensation to you.

Mix 107.9 shall have no responsibility for contestant’s inability or failure to participate, failure to win or claim any prize based on malfunction or difficulties with telephone, cell phone, texting, email, or internet access, or any other circumstances in any contest beyond Mix 107.9’s control.

Due to the nature of our programs that are heard on-line over the internet, contests may not be heard at all on Mix 107.9. Contests heard on the radio station’s internet audio stream may be slightly delayed from the time the contests are heard on the broadcast station and will be running behind the broadcast signal. Thus, all contests heard on the internet are delayed. This delay can last for as much as 30 seconds or more. This means that when Mix 107.9 contests are played that require a specific caller to telephone the radio station (such as “Caller number 9 when you hear the sound effect”), listeners to the online audio stream may be at a disadvantage in participating over those listeners who hear the contests on-air.

Where the prize(s) consists of electronic (digital) concert or event tickets (“e-tickets”), the winner will receive an email from Qfm96 with a hyperlink to an electronic waiver form that the winner must sign and return to the Qfm96 before the prize will be transferred to the winner. The e-tickets will be transferred to the winner by Qfm96 or, in some cases, by a third party (for example, Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.) and the winner must check his or her email account for an email or cellular mobile number for a text message from the ticket provider in order to download the e-tickets. Where e-tickets are a prize, as a condition of entering the contest, redeeming and using e-tickets requires the winner (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to log into an existing user account or sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including, at a minimum, the winner’s first name, last name, valid email address and telephone number. E-tickets awarded as a prize in such contests cannot be redeemed or used by any means other than the designated third-party mobile ticketing app for the e-tickets. Individuals who do not have a valid email address, access to an app-enabled mobile device and/or do not comply with these requirements will not be able to redeem or use e-tickets should they be selected and verified as a winner, will not receive a substitute prize, and should not enter contests where e-tickets are the prize.

Mix 107.9 will make reasonable efforts to award prizes after each winner is chosen. To win a prize, the contestant must reside within the listening area of Sunny 95 as defined at the exclusive discretion of Qfm96 management. Mix 107.9’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if a prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. The winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes and must complete an IRS Form W-9. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for any incidentals including but not limited to transportation, food and beverage, parking, etc.. This, and all other expenses will be the responsibility of the winner. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the prize they are competing to win. In the event that a prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen.

Mix 107.9 contests are open to all eligible central Ohio listeners aged 18 or older that have not won anything on Mix 107.9 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of Mix 107.9, The Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. No purchase necessary.
