Twenty One Pilots Flyaway – Official Contest Rules
Central Ohio Mix 107.9 listeners 21 and over will have 3 opportunities per weekday (Monday – Thursday) between Monday, 10/04/2021 at through Thursday, 10/07/2021 at 9am, 1pm, and 4pm by entering that hour’s keyword at or MyMix0179.com within 1 hour of the announcement to get registered for a trip for two (2) to Boston, Massachusetts to see Twenty One Pilots at the Paradise Rock Club on Monday, 10/18/2021 at 7:30pm. Each entrant must provide name, address, email, phone, birthdate, and that hour’s specific keyword. Listeners can register each time a new keyword is announced at MyMix1079.com for a total of 12 entries. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. Any entry on behalf of another individual or using another’s name or email address is disqualified and ineligible to win any prize. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Mix 107.9. No purchase necessary.
The grand prize winner will be randomly chosen from all qualified entries by a Mix 107.9 representative just after 9am on 10/08/2021 and contacted by phone the same day. The Grand Prize consists of: Two (2) tickets to see Twenty One Pilots at Paradise Rock Club in Boston, Massachusetts on Monday, 10/18/2021 at 7:30pm, round trip coach airfare for two from Columbus, OH to Boston, MA (seats to be determined at the sole discretion of the record label), and hotel accommodations for 2 nights in a shared double-occupancy room (to be determined at the sole discretion of the record label). Winners will depart Columbus on Sunday, 10/17/2021 and return on Tuesday, 10/19/2021. Approximate retail prize value is $1100.00 Courtesy of Elektra Records. Winner’s name and city of residence will be posted at MyMix1079.com and may be shared on Mix 107.9 social media accounts. Ground transportation at departing and arriving cities is the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees and incidentals. Incidentals include but are not limited to unpaid room service charges, phone charges, movies, etc. This, and all other expenses will be the responsibility of the winner.
We will make reasonable efforts to award the Grand Prize after the winner is chosen. Grand Prize winner must be able to travel between 10/17/2021 and 10/19/2021 or an alternate winner may be randomly chosen. Grand Prize winner must respond to communication by 3pm on Friday, 10/08/2021 to accept prize. If Mix 107.9 cannot reach initial winner by phone by 3pm, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from all remaining qualified entries. Mix 107.9 will continue to randomly draw alternate winners until one is reached by phone on the first try.
Winner will need to follow all COVID guidelines and protocols put into place by the concert/venue organizer.
Mix 107.9 and the Columbus Radio Group are not responsible for any event cancellations or rescheduling.
Mix contests are open to all eligible central Ohio residents 21 or older who have not won anything in the past 30 days, or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Mix 107.9, The Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc. and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
Prize may be claimed at the radio station, 4401 Carriage Hill Lane, Columbus, 43220 between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Contest rules may be altered at any time.
