Contest Rules
From 12am July 31st , 2026 to 11:59 August 9th, 2026, listeners can download and open the free, Mix 107.9 app to get registered to win a pair of tickets to see the Goo Goo Dolls at Rose Music Center at the Heights on August 12th, as well as a VIP Meet & Greet opportunity and autographed guitar from the band.
Approximate retail value of entire prize is $750.
At 8am on Monday, August 10th, Mix 107.9 will randomly select a winner from all qualified candidates to win this grand prize, which will be facilitated by SUPER.
Winners must follow all COVID/health guidelines and protocols put into place by the concert/venue organizer.
Mix 107.9 and the Cbus Media Group are not responsible for any event cancellations or rescheduling.
Mix 107.9 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, OH 18 or older have not won anything on Mix 107.9 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Mix 107.9, (Cbus Media Group), and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of Mix 107.9’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
Mix 107.9 will make reasonable efforts to award the Prize 30 days after winning. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. The winner must have a valid state ID and complete an IRS Form W-9 to collect the prize. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
