The competition begins with the women and pairs short programs and the rhythm dance on Thursday and concludes Sunday with the men’s free skate.
Malinin is the heavy favorite as he continues his build toward the world championships, where he was third a year ago.
In the women’s event, which begins Thursday night, Levito will try to defend her title following an uneven season on the Grand Prix circuit.
In ice dance, Madison Chock and Evan Bates are favored to defend their title after four second-place finishes earlier in their careers, and the pairs competition is wide open after Alexa Knierim and Brandon Frazier stepped away for the season.
