COLUMBUS – A 12-year-old boy found alone inside a Target store in Blacklick was taken to Franklin County Children Services while police worked to locate his parents.
It is unclear when the boy arrived at the store on E. Broad Street but authorities believe that he had run away from home and spent the night inside the store by himself until he was found by an employee preparing to open the store Monday morning, according to a report on WBNS 10-TV.
Police say the boy’s parents filed a missing-persons report on Sunday.
