Fury falls to Vegas in straight sets

LAS VEGAS- The Fury dropped their sixth straight match against Vegas on Wednesday night at Lee’s Family Forum in a 3-0 loss.

Vegas won the first and third sets easily, 18-25 and 18-25, but Columbus (5-11) took a commanding 18-12 lead in the second set before the Thrill (6-12) put together a rally and finished the set on a five-point run to win the set, 25-18.

Megan Courtney Lush dominated from the service line with three service aces.

The Fury return to Columbus for a three-match homestand starting with league-leading Atlanta on Friday at Nationwide Arena.
