
COLUMBUS – For more than 10 years, OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital has been the busiest maternity hospital in the state and one of the busiest in the country, so it seems only natural that the Northwest Side hospital campus host a planned women’s health center.
The company has announced it is planning to spend more than $600 million on a 590,000-square-foot inpatient and outpatient facility that will provide advanced maternity and NICU care with a fourth trimester clinic, as well as OB/GYN, mid-life, bone health, mammography and other services.

Groundbreaking is scheduled for late 2023 on the southeast corner of the OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital campus and the center is expected to open in 2026, Stephanie Stanavich, OhioHealth media relations manager, said.
