COLUMBUS – Columbus is getting its first Wahlburgers restaurant.
The first central Ohio franchise in the casual dining restaurant and bar chain will open during the second quarter of 2022 inside Hollywood Casino on the West Side, casino vice president and general manager Jason Birney said.
Wahlburgers, which has 86 locations, was founded in 2011 by actors Mark and Donnie Wahlberg and Chef Paul Wahlberg and was the subject of a television series on A&E.
Filled with photos and memorabilia celebrating the brothers, Wahlburgers replaces the Take 2 Grill and will feature burgers, sandwiches, entrée salads, and milk shakes.
The casino is located near one of Mark Wahlberg’s car dealerships.
