Woman, 34, charged with having unlawful sexual contact with minor

COLUMBUS – A 34-year-old woman has been charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor after police say she shared nude photographs with a child under 13.

In April, Dublin police provided information regarding an inappropriate relationship between a student and MacKenzie Sokol, of Commercial Point, who was a Board Certified Behavior Analyst employed by Reach Educational Service on W. Dublin-Granville Road in Dublin, Sgt. Steve Oboczky of the Exploited Children/PACT Unit said.

The investigation determined, within social media messaging, that Sokol traded suspected nude photographs with a student and discussed meeting to engage in sexual intercourse on three occasions, Oboczky said.

The student was under the age of 13 at the time of the incident, Oboczky said.
