Woman arrested in fatal stabbing of 17-year-old

COLUMBUS – An 18-year-old woman has been arrested in the deadly stabbing of a 17-year-old girl on the Northeast Side late Sunday night, police said.

Halia Culbertson was found just before midnight by Columbus police officers responding to a reported stabbing in the 5600 block of Emporium Square and taken to a local hospital where she died at 12:24 a.m., Sgt. Michael Smith of the Columbus Homicide Unit said.

Bryanna Barrozini, 18, has been arrested and charged with murder, Smith said.

The incident remains under investigation.
