Columbus Bartending School was in the Mix Studio Bar serving up two cocktails perfect for Thanksgiving. Try these great recipes at home for yourself!
Apple Bourbon Cider
- 1 ¾ oz Bourbon
- ¾ oz Butterscotch Schnapps
- 2 dashes of bitters
- 2 sugar cubes
- 1 cherry
- ¼ teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1 ½ oz Apple Cider
- Splash of soda water
Muddle bourbon, butterscotch schnapps, bitters, sugar cubes, cherry, and cinnamon. Add ice, cider and then splash of soda water on top. Garnish with apple slice or cinnamon stick.
Harvest Spritzer
- 1 ½ oz Elderflower Cordial
- 1 oz White Cranberry Peach Juice
- 1 oz of Champagne
Pour Elderflower, White Cranberry Peach Juice, and Champagne into a glass over ice.
