El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant returned to the Mix Studio Bar showing Mix listeners how to make several of the restaurant’s signature drink recipes. El Vaquero is known for their margaritas and select premium tequilas, but they’re just as passionate for their wines, specialty cocktails, domestic, craft, draft, and imported beers. Watch as Ruben and Maggie teach you how to make a traditional Cantarito, Mango Tea, Tequila Sunrise, and their jumbo Roca Patron Skinny Margarita! Ruben and Maggie also brought several entrées to share, including a sizzling fajita, Tostada de Tinga, Enchilada Vegetales, and Al Pastor Tacos. El Vaquero combines the freshest meats and seafood, colorful vegetables, and unique sauces and spices to create a tasty experience with each dish served. The dishes featured on Mixology today pair well with today’s featured cocktails and are perfect for a summer day or night on one of El Vaquero’s patios.
