Sherry taught Mix listeners how to create 2 delicious drinks to celebrate 2020, the Pom 75, a twist on the classic French 75, and the Toasted Apple Pie, a savory cocktail full of spicy cinnamon and apple notes combined with Captain Morgan. These drinks will be a great addition to any party, and your guests will be impressed with your tasty creations. PLUS, Sherry shares how you can make your own limoncello at home!

Pom 75

  • 1.5oz Limoncello (Sherry teaches you how to make your own!)
    •  3 bags of organic lemon peels
    • 1 gallon of high-proof vodka
    • Simple Syrup
    • Let marinate for approximately 3 months
  • Pomegranate/Blood Orange Simple Syrup
  • Champagne
  • Garnish with a fresh or dehydrated/caramelized lemon wheel

Toasted Apple Pie

  • 1oz Captain Morgan
  • 1.5oz Cinnamon Apple Simple Syrup
  •  Shake over ice and strain into glass
  • Add Captain Morgan/Cinnamon Apple infused whipped cream (learn to make in video!)
    • 8oz heavy whipping cream
    • 4oz cinnamon apple simple syrup
    • 1oz Captain Morgan
