Rusty Bucket will feature their Gary’s Blend #12 – Baked Apple Manhattan. Gary’s Blend #12 is softly sweet with a light cherry note, and a hint of fruit and oak. Baked Apple Manhattan Ingredients:
- G’s Blend Woodford Reserve
- Sweet Vermouth
- Lemon Juice
- House-Made Grenadine
- Dash Baked Apple Bitters
Preparation procedures:
- Add ingredients to mixing tin and fill tin %80 full with ice
- Shake and strain into an iced Highball Glass
- Garnish with Lemon Peel & Luxardo cherry on a spear
House-Made Grenadine Ingredients:
- POM Juice
- Sugar
- Cloves
- Cinnamon Stick
Preparation procedures:
- Add ingredients to sauce pot and simmer until sugar is dissolved
- Once sugar is dissolved, let simmer for 10 minutes to steep
- Strain and cool
