Vanessa and Sherry from Columbus Bartending School were in the Mix Studio Bar creating delicious winter drinks that you can make at home. You’ll be sure to warm up with The Snowman and The Snowball.
Snowball:
- 1 oz of Vodka
- 2 oz of Blue Curacao
- Splash of Pineapple Juice
- Splash of Coco Lopez or Pina Colada mix
Prepare the cocktail glass by rimming it with simple syrup and dipping it into sugar or sprinkles. Combine all ingredients over ice. Shake and pour into a prepared cocktail glass.
The Snowman:
- 1 oz Vanilla Crown Royal
- 2-3 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Fill with Cream Soda
Top with whip Cream, Bourbon Caramel Sauce, and a Cherry.
Bourbon Caramel Sauce:
- 2 oz of Caramel
- 1 oz of Bourbon
In a tall glass, put in ice cream, and pour Crown Royal Vanilla over it. Fill with Cream Soda. Top it with Whip Cream and drizzle the prepared Caramel Sauce over the top. Put a cherry on top.
